Millie’s mama, Brandy, was one of my first headshot clients. She owned a clothing boutique in Five Points and hired me to take some headshots of her. That was 12 years ago and I’ve been documenting her and Josh’s lives ever since. Nieces and nephews, large family groups, births, maternity sessions and full baby bundles for Aurie and Josiah. Birthday parties and mini sessions every year. Their support and friendship so special to me.

When I found out that Brandy and Josh were going to have another baby, I was sooooo excited because 1. I love babies and 2. I get to see them every few months while we document Millie’s first year.

As you scroll through these photos, take notice of how much Aurie and Josiah LOVE this little lady – they fought over who go to hold her, posed for me endlessly and kept me giggling the whole session.
